1. Who you are contracting with
The Three Priorities Bullet Journal System is sold and operated by The Moore Opportunity ("we", "us"). When you buy or use these materials, you enter an agreement with The Moore Opportunity. Questions can be sent to us through the contact details on this site.
2. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or continuing to use the materials or this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site and the materials. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, or that you have authority to accept on behalf of the organisation you represent.
3. What you receive
The product is a set of digital planning materials — written guides, printable pages, workbook files, and, where stated in your package, recorded lessons or audio sessions. Everything is delivered inside your account library on this site. Items marked "coming soon" are additions in progress and are not part of what you are paying for today.
4. Your licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own personal planning, including printing pages for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share your account credentials, or create derivative products from the files. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account, and for giving us accurate account information.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site or the materials. That includes unlawful use, fraud, spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, probing or interfering with our security, and scraping or bulk-downloading content.
6. Our intellectual property
We retain ownership of the materials, the site, the software behind it, and our branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
7. Availability
We work to keep the site and your library available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Access may pause for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our reasonable control.
8. Payment, billing, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund window is described in our Refund Policy.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. If your access ends, files you have already downloaded remain yours to use under the licence above.
10. Warranties and liability
The materials are planning tools, not professional, medical, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover claims arising from your unlawful use of the materials or your breach of these terms.
12. Changes, law, and disputes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which The Moore Opportunity is established, and disputes are heard by the courts of that jurisdiction. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or sale of the business. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
