Who is responsible
The Moore Opportunity is the data controller for personal information collected through this site and the Three Priorities Bullet Journal System. That means we decide what is collected and why. You can reach us using the contact details on this site.
What we collect and why
- Email address and name — to create your account, link your purchase to it, and give you access to your library. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Login credentials and session data — to keep you signed in and protect your account. Legal basis: contract and our legitimate interest in security.
- Order records — the package purchased, the amount, the currency, and the transaction reference, so we can honour your access and handle refunds. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser information, and error logs, to keep the site working and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We do not see or store your card details. Payment information is collected by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Who we share it with
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale itself, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and returns.
- Service providers who host the site, store your account data, and deliver your files on our behalf.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where necessary.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information. Where information is transferred outside your country, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep it
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages and technical logs are kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, transfer it elsewhere, or withdraw consent you have given. Contact us and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, so only you and authorised staff can reach your account data.
Cookies
We use only cookies and similar storage that are essential to run the site — keeping you signed in and completing checkout. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though sign-in will stop working if you do.
